POZ RN aka Nurse Brian is an HIV positive Sexual Health Advocate, HIV Activist and Kink Enthusiast based out of Baltimore, Maryland. He works as a Critical Care travel nurse during the day and a content creator, aimed at destigmatization of kink and sexual health, at night. Brian is a Campaign Ambassador for the CDC “Lets Fight HIV Together” Campaign and an active member of the Leather and Kink Community.
